My husband makes the best telur goreng kicap ever. It is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with just the right balance of salty and sweet kicap, topped with the sweetness of caramelized onions and a slight kick of heat from the cili padi.
(How I can use such a repertoire of adjectives to describe something oh so simple, is quite hilarious, really!)
