Hubby was helping Aiden with his Malay homework last night:
Hubby: How do you spell Ekor?
Aiden: What is that?
Hubby: Ekor lah Aiden! You know ekor?
Aiden: You mean when you talk and it comes back?
Hubby: Huh?
Aiden: Echo?
Epic fail! I laughed out loud when Hubby relayed the story to me. Despite the cute-ness, I desperately need to start speaking in Malay to him at home. And yes, practice one to ten in Malay as well. He struggles with "sembilan, sepuluh". Love his accent though - macam mat salleh cakap melayu pelat!
